A 10 Day Meal Plan
Here it is, the end of June! July is right around the corner. That pretty much means my summer vacation is half over. When August starts I will be fully into school mode again. This year is just flying by!
But, with the beginning of July right around the corner, that means my family is going on vacation. We are scheduled to visit Eureka Springs, Arkansas around the 4th of July. So, if you know of any fun things to do there, leave me a comment below! We are open to suggestions!
So, because we will be gone on vacation for part of next week, I decided to make this week’s meal plan a long one so I don’t have to plan for only three days. I will be too busy planning what to pack for our two toddlers! So, here is our 10 day meal plan full of family friendly meals that you can check out and add to your menu. Let me know if you try any of them and what you think!
Recipe Info
Spaghetti – Can’t beat quick and easy like spaghetti sauce from a can! Our favorite is Ragu. What’s yours??
Chicken and Dumplings – This recipe is new, but it looks quick and easy, plus it has veggies in it, which our kids (and husband!) need to work on eating!
Pork Loaf and Mashed Potatoes – Pork loaf has become one of our family favorites since I first tried it back in May. Check out this meal plan to see what substitutes I do for this recipe!
Frozen Pizza and Fries – Because by Wednesday, mom needs a night off!
Fish Tacos – This is a recipe I made on my own and it was so delicious, I had to do a whole post just about it!
Pepperoni Quesadillas – My husband and I are fans of about any kind of quesadillas and I love that they are easy to make. I first added this kind to our meal rotation back in April, and they are here to stay!
Grilled Hamburgers – It’s daddy’s turn to cook! 🙂 I make the patties up though by combining 1 lb hamburger with 1 egg and some diced up onion.
Baked Ziti with Sausage – This recipe was recommended to me through a friend, so I can’t wait to try it. It has a lot of one of our favorite ingredients that I centered a whole meal plan around once – CHEESE!
1 Pan Apple Pork Chops – One pan means less dishes to wash and I just LOVE the way this meal makes our whole house smell!
Shrimp Fried Rice – I made chicken fried rice once a long time ago and it turned out well, so I look forward to trying this recipe for the first time!
