Family of Four Meal Plan
Who’s rained out?! Hopefully you aren’t floating away yet! The good news is we are supposed to get a little reprieve from the rain this week and see some some sun! I know we are looking forward to the nice weather.
This is the last full week of school for me and we are finishing up cheerleading tryouts. Cody will be gone for work for a few days, but we will wrap the week up with graduations and Cody’s birthday this weekend! He will be starting his last year in the twenties, so if you see him, be sure to wish him a Happy Birthday! I always try to make him a special meal and a desert as he isn’t a big cake fan. Find them below in our weekly meal plan!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs – Held over from last week‘s meal plan. I have peppers in my fridge that still need used up!
1 Pan Chicken Bake – A quick, easy and yummy meal that you can’t get wrong!
Omelettes – I love that omelettes don’t take a lot of prep work and ingredients include about anything we have on hand. And we get to use my Grandpa’s farm fresh eggs!
Tuna Soufflé – Best served with a side salad and some crusty bread.
Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice – I am still trying to find the perfect recipe for this. We will give this one a try this week and add some cooked chicken in before I bake it.
Lasagna – Cody’s favorite dish for his birthday! (and I still have a frozen one in the freezer that just needs a spare noodle 🙂 )
Well, we hope you have a great week and we can all enjoy some great weather. Congratulations to all the graduates this week! I hope your weekly meal plan helps keep your week a little less stress free!
