Blessed Farm Mama Life

Another Meal Plan – May 5 – 11

How is it May already? I have been looking back on some of my Instagram stories and I can’t believe how many things already happened a month or so ago! This last month alone I spent my first night away from Wyatt, we dyed Easter eggs, celebrated Easter and Wyatt’s first birthday, and we got our very own swing set in our yard. I think the days and weeks just keep going faster and faster. I better not close my eyes or summer is going to be over and gone with!

This week isn’t anything out of the ordinary. Just the first full week of May! I am bringing back a recipe we have tried only once and we are trying one new one this Saturday.

Weekly Meal Plan

MEATLOAF AND MASHED POTATOES

CRISPY CHICKEN SALAD

SWEET AND SOUR
MEATBALLS

CHICKEN BACON
RANCH PIZZA

LEFTOVERS

CHEESY GROUND BEEF
PASTA SKILLET

Spaghetti – What’s better than starting the week off with leftovers? Mama gets a break!

Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes – I had grilled pork chops on here, but then I realized it was going to rain. All. Week. Long. So… no outdoor cooking I guess. But I LOVE my meatloaf recipe. (see the Meatballs recipe below!)

Crispy Chicken Salad – We have some delicious popcorn chicken that we fry up and add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, carrots, bacon, onion, and sunflower seeds and you have a delicious meal!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs – These guys made the cut last time we tried them back in a March meal plan! I use my own meatball recipe and the sauce recipe from this link.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza – Use the pizza dough recipe. Cover with ranch and top with cooked chicken, bacon bits, and mozzarella cheese. Bake and enjoy!

More Leftovers – Yay! Another Break!

Cheesy Ground Beef Pasta Skillet – This is a new recipe that sounds similar to goulash. I hope it’s yummy!

We hope you have a great week ahead of you! Thank God for the rain in the forecast for the farmers, just pray for my sanity with being stuck in the house all week!
