Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole – This is Cody’s favorite version of tater tot casserole. But, it is probably pretty unhealthy 🙂 When I cook this I split it into two 9×9 pans instead of one 9×13. I freeze one and then we have a meal later on too!

One Pan Pork Chops with Apples – This is a new recipe for us that I haven’t tried yet, so attempt at your own risk!

Cheeseburger Soup – Always a favorite at our house! When I make this recipe I tend to add a little more broth than it calls for and if I don’t have Velveeta in the house I use American slices or cheddar. They all taste good! This week I am actually using some that I already have made in the freezer. No cooking on Tuesday night!

Pizza Casserole – I made this recipe all up on my own one night. It’s yummy!

BBQ Meatballs – These are the best with my mom’s homemade BBQ sauce!

Israeli Couscous with Spinach and Mushrooms – I have never made anything like this before, I just picked up some couscous on sale at the grocery store the other day and looked up this recipe on how to use it. We will see what happens! Have you tried couscous before?

Turkey Alfredo with Garlic Bread – Sorry, no recipe here. I’m using frozen turkey left over from Thanksgiving (yup, still!) and I make my own Alfredo sauce. Maybe I will get a recipe made up for what I do there this week. It tastes so much better than the stuff out of the jar!
