Fall Weekly Meal Plan
Hope everyone is having a great start to fall! Is that what it really is? With these nearly 90˚ temperatures, I’m not sure! So, I will hold off on the soups for just a little longer, but bring on the comfort food! Am I right?
Here’s our meal plan for this week!

Grilled Hamburgers – I make my patties out of 1 lb ground hamburger, 1 egg, and some chopped up onion. They are delicious!
Cheesy Chicken Taquitos – These were so delicious the first time they made our meal plan back in June, it’s about time we have them again!
Liluna Beef Stroganoff – I’m trying to stay on top of all my school stuff this year and everything is taking longer than I remember so I’m not getting home until later. So, I decided I need to give crockpot meals some more attention. This is the second crockpot recipe on our meal plan (see the taquitos above!)
Tater Tot Casserole – A fall staple that we haven’t had in awhile! Easy and yummy!

Game Night Leftovers – Football season is underway so I have to take my cheerleaders to the games. Leftovers work well on these nights and I’m planning on making a whole 9×13 of tater tot casserole so there is plenty for 2 nights.
Pigs in a Blanket – I guess technically Pilsbury calls them “crescent dogs,” but they are a family favorite and super easy to make!
Pizza Quesadillas – This recipe uses pepperoni for their pizza toppings, but you can use any of your favorite toppings. And cooked right on the stove top, they make a quick and easy dinner!
Hope you have a great week! If you try out any of these recipes be sure to leave me a comment below and let me know what you think!
