A Do – Over Meal Plan

So if you are a habitual peruser of my meal plans I am going to apologize in advance for this week’s meal plan. It isn’t to terribly different from last week’s meal plan. We had a crazy week this last week with Cody out of town for three days for work and then me working late one night, we just didn’t have time to prep and eat the meals I had planned. But, since we already have everything we need for these meals, they are returning this week. If you need more ideas to fill your meals this week, check out some of my previous plans for inspiration!

Chicken Alfredo – One of these days I need to get a recipe made. Basically I just take whatever cheese I have around and throw them into the Alfredo.

Pepperoni Stromboli – This was the first recipe that didn’t get used last week so I am bringing it back.

Recipe for making homemade pizza dough.

Sweet and Spicy Meatballs – This will be a quick and easy crockpot meal because I actually have a container of it already made in the freezer!

Beef Kebobs and Veggies – I plan on buying whatever veggies are on sale at the store and marinating the kebobs in a sauce like this one. Grilled up and served over rice, they should be yummy!

Tater Tot Casserole – Another freezer meal that didn’t get used last week!

Grandma’s Goulash – A quick and easy meal that pleases everyone!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas – They remind me of the quesadillas I’ve gotten at Chili’s before. And they are super easy to make!
