Roast Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked roast beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 6oz can mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlich powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Cut roast beef up into strips.
  2. Heat beef in a large frying pan. (Add a little butter or oil if desired.) I have also added onion at this point too.
  3. Pour the mustroom soup and mushrooms over beef. Continue to heat.
  4. Add in ketchup, Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder and chili powder. Stir well.
  5. When heated through and ready to serve, gently stir in sour cream.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes or wide egg noodles.
