Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter crunchy or creamy
  • 6 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 20 ounces chocolate
  • rice crispies
  • m&m's
  • Reese's pieces
  • graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Mix together peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add vanilla.
  • Add 2 cups of powdered sugar and stir until crumbly.
  • Mix in one or more optional ingredients if desired. If batter is too sticky, add more powdered sugar. If it is too dry so it doesn't stick together, add more peanut butter.
  • Roll into walnut sized balls (or smaller) and place on a cookie sheet covered in waxed paper.
  • Freeze peanut butter balls until solid. About 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate according to package instructions.
  • Drop balls into chocolate. Dip them out and place on waxed paper until they harden.
